PER 45-50 MINUTE SESSION
WHAT TO EXPECT...
Individual therapy sessions will be one-on-one with me in a comfortable office setting. I aim to provide a safe, calm, non judgmental space for my clients. Session structure will be decided in our sessions based on your needs. Some of my clients like a non structured session to process their emotions and others may prefer a more structured type of session; it’s important for us to identify what will feel helpful to you. I want to empower those that I am working with to let me know when something isn’t working so that we can discuss and make adjustments as seen fit.
Interventions Provided: Talk therapy and processing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive PRocessing Therapy for Trauma (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
