What to expect:  

Before our session I will have you complete your New Client paperwork electronically. This will include Privacy Practice Agreement, Consent to Treatment, and a form for payment for each session.

During our first one or two sessions we will get to know each other and identify what our work together will look like. This doesn't mean we will always have to work on those things, but definitely will get us to a nice starting point. 

​

I work at YOUR pace and will provide encouragement and suggestions as appropriate but will never push you to talk about something you aren't ready to discuss yet.

 

 

I am licensed in Washington, Texas and Oklahoma. This means I can work with clients residing in all three states! I am 100% virtural

I do provide superbills for reimbursement for out-of-network services

Individual therapy is $130 for out of pockets costs

Individual Therapy only: I do offer sliding fee scales for those with financial constraints.
