Sometimes staff benefit from having group training on mental health awareness. Staff members who have a great self care routine often are able to manage burn out or feel more productive at work due to a healthy work/life balance.

Grief and Loss (This includes losing an office mate due to the office mate being let go or in an unfortunate circumstance of a death of an office mate)
