I want to be able to provide that safe space and empower you to regain a sense of strength and safety after experiencing stressful life situations. I will provide a positive, calm, and nonjudgmental environment while we explore your stressors together. We'll create a plan toward bringing comfort and acceptance into your life. I give you permission to be in control of what information you disclose — you are the driver deciding which road or turn we take.
Therapy can be a difficult journey, but with the right guidance, support, and your willingness to work toward your goals, you don’t have to feel ashamed, guilty, or alone with your thoughts and emotions.
